1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CrewPilot (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. CrewPilot is operated by CrewPilot Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Description of Service

CrewPilot is a workforce management platform for contractors and construction businesses in India. The Service includes attendance tracking, payroll calculation, advance management, compliance report generation, and related tools accessible via mobile application and web portal.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide a valid Indian mobile number to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of your business.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Worker Data

By using CrewPilot to manage worker information, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have obtained necessary consent from workers to collect and process their personal data including name, phone number, attendance records, and wage information.
  • You will use worker data only for legitimate payroll and workforce management purposes.
  • You will comply with all applicable Indian labour laws including the Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, and applicable state laws.
  • Biometric data (face recognition embeddings) is stored in encrypted form. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent before enrolling workers in face recognition.

5. Subscription and Payment

  • The Free plan supports up to 5 workers at no cost.
  • Paid plans (Growth at ₹299/month, Pro at ₹499/month) are billed in advance. These are launch-offer prices; current prices are always shown at checkout. Annual plans are discounted.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Subscriptions auto-expire at the end of the billing period. There is no automatic renewal — you must manually renew.
  • No refunds are provided for partial months or unused periods.
  • Prices are inclusive of applicable GST.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian law.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
  • Use the Service to process or store data of persons without their knowledge or consent.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
  • Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

7. Compliance Reports Disclaimer

Compliance reports generated by CrewPilot (including Muster Rolls and Wages Registers) are provided as a convenience tool based on the data you enter. These reports are not a substitute for professional legal advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws. CrewPilot does not guarantee that generated reports will satisfy specific regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual Property

CrewPilot and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by CrewPilot Technologies and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CrewPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
